This is a great place to go, lovely staff! They care and are very friendly. they also have scripture all on the walls and play worship music!

If I could give her 0 stars I would do not go here this doctor is negligent, she performed a root canal on a family member knowing they had an infection, any dental professional should no this is big no. You have the treat the infection first before any work is done. First Red flag. Second red flag the dental hygienist use dirty instruments they where not in the sterilization bag when my family member went in the room they where already laid out on the tray, I explain to my family member this should have been addressed at the appointment but that’s neither here or there, Lastly the billing is a joke, they lie and say they accept insurance but they don’t, they just say that to get you in. This place needs to be shut down and investigated with all the lies and negligence that is going on , as a dental professional she should know better to do any treatment on a patient that has an infection. She deletes all her bad reviews and only leaves the good ones.

The staff is terrible. They will single handily destroy Dr.Williams practice. Unorganized, unprofessional. Very unnerving experience just to attempt to schedule an appointment.

It does not give me pleasure to submit this review. I think that Dr. Williams, herself, does excellent dental work. HOWEVER, unfortunately I must say this... unless you are capable of submitting your own dental claim to your insurance provider or you are able to pay out of pocket DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL PRACTICE. Her Office Manager and/or the person responsible for submitting claims, have been very negligent in submitting any claims for this dental procedure that I have now been in since December 2024. I do feel as though I was misled by the Office Manager during my initial consultation. I was told that my insurance along with a dental loan that I applied for, would cover all costs. I started this procedure as I mentioned in December 2024. I asked the Office Manager numerous times beforehand if she was sure I would not incur any surprise charges. She assured me that I would not, stating that "I was good to go." So, I began the dental implant process. The loan that I applied for, paid the money to the practice upfront. After several months of healing, I was scheduled for an appointment on August 29, 2025. I was sure that this appointment was the final or close to the fin
